PAYMENTS
PAYMENTS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS! Why we implement this? – Some of the tour packages and promos have its quota. If the quota will exceed, the reservation will be reschedule or the JFTT will give other option in flight schedules.
  In terms of payment;

Deposit: A deposit of $200 per person is required at the time of confirmation of the reservation. Reservation will automatically be canceled if the deposit is not full within 30 days prior to your departure date after confirmation of the reservation.

Final Payment: Final payment of the total tour fare is due 45 days prior to your departure date. If payment is not received by the due date, the reservation will be subject to cancellation and deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation: All cancellation written notice must be received by Just Fly Travel and Tours either by mail or fax together with the reason of cancellation. Oral cancellation by phone will not be acceptable. The following fee will be assessed per person accordingly when you cancel your reservation:
• US$100 45 or more days prior to departure
• US$200 44-15 days prior to departure
• US$1000 14-3 days prior to departure
No-show: 100% of tour fare will be the fine for no show on the departure date or within 48 hours prior to departure.
When a traveler cannot complete the tour for any reason, the unused portion of the tour is not refundable, exchangeable nor transferable.
In addition to the above stated cancellation charges, if airline tickets have already been issued at the time of cancellation (regardless of number of days prior to departure), the traveler will be assessed an additional airline cancellation penalty and service charge pursuant to the airlines rules and regulations.

Payment Procedures
  WITHIN National Capital Region (NCR)

You can simply visit our Main Office. As our walk-in customers, you must bring 2 valid I.D.s together with any proof of billings. You must make a down payment upon reserving a tour packages or promos then you will automatically receive a confirmation letter, itinerary and an official receipt.
In claiming your documents just simply bring your I.D.s again and other supporting documents.

  FOR INTERNATIONAL and DOMESTIC LOCATIONS
Please follow the steps below to confirm your reservation:
1. You must send the following thru EMAIL , FAX or even thru LBC EXPRESS:
  INTERNATIONAL:
Copy of Passport (6 months of validity)
Copy of any proof of billings made.
Copy of 2 (two) I.D.s.
VISA (if not include in the packages or promos)
Copy of any proof of billings made.
  DOMESTIC:
Copy of Passport (6 months of validity) IF THE TOUR PACKAGES ARE INTERNATIONAL
Copy of any proof of billings made.
Copy of 2 (two) I.D.s.
VISA (if not include in the packages or promos)
Copy of any proof of billings made.
 
After the payment transaction you will received the following:
  For FULL PAYMENT:
Official Receipt
Itinerary of flight together with the itinerary of the tour packages or promos
Certification of Booking
Visa (for if included in the packages or promo)
PTA (Pre-paid Ticket Advise) or Plane tickets
 
  For PARTIAL PAYMENT:
Provisionary Receipt
Confirmation Slip
Itinerary of flight together with the itinerary of the tour packages or promos
 
You will receive this thru LBC Express or thru MAIL. Contact us immediately for us to know if you already received the documents.
